Practitioner Partnerships

Working with and alongside Mindful Innovative Action

Mindful Innovative Action partners with practitioners who want to deliver high-quality work without practising in isolation.

We offer a practice framework where clinicians can work alongside us under an established NDIS-registered service, supported by robust systems, ethical standards, and active quality management.

  • This is not employment.

  • It is not a franchise.

  • And it is not “do whatever you want and hope for the best”.

It is a partnership model designed for practitioners who value autonomy and structure.

What partnership looks like

Practitioners partnering with Mindful Innovative Action operate within a shared framework that prioritises:

  • ethical, participant-centred practice

  • compliance and quality as ongoing processes

  • clear boundaries and responsibilities

  • sustainability for both practitioners and the service

You maintain your professional identity and clinical decision-making, while working within systems that are already designed, tested, and maintained.

What we provide

As a partnered practitioner, you are supported by:

  • an established NDIS-registered service

  • compliant policies and procedures

  • quality and audit systems that are actively maintained

  • operational structure and guidance

  • reduced administrative and compliance burden

  • access to a broader professional ecosystem

This allows you to focus on your work, not on building infrastructure from scratch.

What we expect

Partnership is mutual. Practitioners engaged with Mindful Innovative Action are expected to:

  • practise within agreed ethical and quality standards

  • engage with review and quality processes

  • maintain professional registration and responsibilities, including regular clinical supervision with their supervisor

  • communicate clearly and work collaboratively

This model works because responsibility is shared.

Who this is for

Practitioner partnerships are well suited to:

  • clinicians seeking supported autonomy

  • practitioners transitioning into solo or small practice

  • people who want to work independently without carrying all the risk alone

  • practitioners who value structure, reflection, and ethical practice

It is not suited to those who want zero oversight or purely transactional arrangements.

Why this exists

Mindful Innovative Action was built to support sustainable practice, not just for organisations, but for the people doing the work.

By combining service delivery, quality systems, and practitioner partnerships, we create an environment where:

  • participants receive consistent, high-quality support

  • practitioners are held, not isolated

  • systems support people, rather than constrain them

This is practice designed for the long term.

Next steps
