My name is Jen Wressell and I have worked in the health industry for over 20 years.

I have led small and large teams across the private and public health system in Australia as well as Internationally.

As an Expedition Leader in Antarctica I have even led teams in the most remote parts of the World.

Because I have led teams in just about every part of the health system I have experience with Hospital, GP, Aged Care and Disability Services Quality Frameworks and National Standards.

What I learnt after working in all those different places, roles and environments is that I love systems, and I particularly love systems that make healthcare safer, more accessible and more enjoyable for employees.

Having great clinical and corporate governance systems in place means that you can relax knowing that consumers are getting the best care possible, it also means that you will reduce the cost of care delivery and have greater staff retention.

I haven’t just learnt on the job, I also hold a Masters in Health Administration, am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and have had research published in peer reviewed journals.
